Physical education and nutrition are part of the Summit AP offer because movement, routine, confidence and health education can have a significant impact on wellbeing and learning readiness. Our approach is inclusive, non judgemental and focused on positive routines — not appearance or weight.

Delivered by trained and experienced staff

Specialist knowledge, safeguarding informed.

Sessions are delivered by trained and experienced staff with knowledge of fitness, sports science, nutrition, safeguarding and working with young people who may need additional support. Activities are inclusive, adapted to individual needs and planned with safety, supervision and emotional wellbeing in mind.
